KeeCorp is dedicated to being the outstanding transportation, transportation management and service company, focused on enhancing the environment as well as the mental and financial well being of our clients, employees, and general public.

Jeremy Kee founded Utah Shuttle Services Inc. in 1999 to address the growing need for a specialized and customer specific form of contract transportation with the motto “Safety and Service…. Safety ALWAYS Comes First”. Since then, the company has provided safe, reliable transportation services to customers in Utah and across the country. Utah Shuttle Services contracts with businesses to provide transportation for their employees and customers in an effort to promote an additional tax free employee commuter benefit and contribute to the growth of their business through enhanced customer service. In October of 2001, Mr. Kee was recognized with the Larry H & Gail Miller Free Enterprise Award for his work in commuter transit.

2002 marked a milestone for the company. The Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City were an opportunity for Utah Shuttle Services to display the range of services and experience that customers have come to expect. During the Games, Utah Shuttle Services serviced over 70 corporate sponsors and guests, with vehicles moving 24 hours a day, garnering rave reviews. Following the Olympics, the Paralympic Winter Games gave our Paratransit division the chance to shine.

In August of 2002, Utah Shuttle Services became certified by the Small Business Administration as an 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business. In 2003, the name of the company was changed to KeeCorp, Inc., reflecting the long term vision and greater scope of services we now provide.
